SOME DYNAMICS WITH ERIC H.F.LAW
 Breaking the ice…..this is the objective of May 1st. At the beginning of the morning session in the Chapter Hall there was a lovely photo of an iceberg. Eric H.F. Law, an Episcopalian, founder of the Kaleidoscope Institute in the United States and recognized expert in the dynamics of personal relations will animate all of today’s sessions.
His intervention means a magnificent help in these early moments of the Chapter in the problems of overcoming the linguistic and cultural barriers. The spread of the Institute into 90 countries in the five continents involves making an effort to accept its multicultural nature. This is an institutional richness but it adds a lot to the difficulty of organizing such a complex event.
 In the Mother House one can sense an atmosphere of exceptional personal relationship between the Capitulants. This augurs well for a good mutual understanding in the work of the weeks to come.
